Lemon  Almond- A thin & crunchy  lemon cookie with sliced almonds
Pistachio Rum- A lacy thin cookie with pistachio pieces 
Florentine - A thick layer of sliced almond mixed with honey on top of  butter crust dough 
Multi Nuts- Chopped nuts mixed with honey and  glucose  on top of a crust
Hazelnuts Buttons - A buttery cookie made with roasted hazelnut, covered with powder sugar
Wild Kids- Liners cookies layered with raspberry jam, dusted with powdered sugar
Apricot Linzer- A vanilla cookie filled with apricot preserve
Elephant Ears- Sugar cookies made with puff pastry , sugar and cinnamon
